These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ShopYellowPages website, services, applications, and related features.

By accessing or using ShopYellowPages, creating an account, posting content, purchasing products, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use ShopYellowPages.

ShopYellowPages is an online platform that provides:

Business Directory listings
Marketplace services
Classified advertisements

Related online services

ShopYellowPages is not the seller of products listed by independent Marketplace vendors.

Eligibility

To use ShopYellowPages, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age to create a customer account with parental consent (or the minimum age required by applicable law).
Be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally authorized, to create Marketplace vendor accounts, manage Business Directory listings, or post Classified advertisements.
Provide accurate and truthful information.
Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

We may refuse or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

Keep your information current.
Maintain the security of your password.
Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ShopYellowPages to:

Seller Eligibility and Legal Compliance

ShopYellowPages welcomes registered businesses, independent professionals, makers, hobby sellers, collectors, and individual community sellers, subject to these Terms and all applicable ShopYellowPages policies.

Sellers may be asked to identify whether they are participating as a business or as an individual. This designation is provided by the seller and does not mean that ShopYellowPages has independently verified the seller’s business status.

Each seller is solely responsible for determining whether they are legally permitted to offer their products or services. Sellers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, insurance, tax accounts, approvals, or other credentials required by applicable federal, state, or local law.

ShopYellowPages does not routinely inspect, verify, monitor, or track the licensing, permit, registration, insurance, or professional status of every seller, business, or listing.

By creating an account, Business Directory listing, Marketplace store, product listing, or Classified advertisement, the seller represents and certifies that:

The information they provide is accurate and not misleading.
They have the legal right and authority to offer the listed products or services.
Their listings and business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
They will maintain any legally required licenses, permits, registrations, or approvals.
They will promptly update or remove information that becomes inaccurate or unlawful.

ShopYellowPages may request additional information or supporting documentation when reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint, address a safety concern, respond to a legal or regulatory request, confirm eligibility for a category or platform feature, or enforce ShopYellowPages policies.

ShopYellowPages may restrict, suspend, remove, or refuse any listing, store, account, product, service, or advertisement that appears unlawful, misleading, unsafe, prohibited, or inconsistent with ShopYellowPages policies.

The use of terms such as “business,” “seller,” “vendor,” “store,” “shop,” “professional,” or “service provider” does not mean that ShopYellowPages has verified, licensed, certified, endorsed, inspected, or guaranteed that person or organization.

Business Directory Listings

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their listings are:

Accurate.
Current.
Truthful.
Properly categorized.
Lawfully maintained.

ShopYellowPages may edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate our policies.

Marketplace

Marketplace buyers and vendors must also comply with:

Payments, Refunds & Disputes Policy
Prohibited Products & Services Policy

Marketplace vendors remain responsible for:

Product accuracy.
Pricing.
Inventory.
Shipping.
Customer service.
Compliance with applicable laws.

Classified Advertisements

Users posting Classified advertisements agree to comply with:

Community Safety Guidelines
Prohibited Products & Services Policy

Listings may be edited, suspended, or removed if they violate our policies.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

However, by posting content to ShopYellowPages, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use that content solely as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the ShopYellowPages platform.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any content you post.

Fees and Payments

Certain services require payment, including:

Business Directory memberships.
Marketplace transaction fees.
Classified advertisement fees.
Other services that may be offered in the future.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or described in our applicable policies.

Intellectual Property

The ShopYellowPages name, logo, website design, original content, and other proprietary materials are owned by ShopYellowPages or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our intellectual property without permission.

Third-Party Services

The appearance of a breeder, rescue, shelter, animal-related business, or animal classified on ShopYellowPages does not constitute certification, inspection, endorsement, or a guarantee of the animal’s health, background, ownership, breed, temperament, or legal status.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ShopYellowPages is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we strive to provide accurate information and reliable services, we do not guarantee:

Continuous availability.
Error-free operation.
Accuracy of user-submitted content.
The quality, safety, legality, or availability of products or services offered by third parties.

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when interacting with businesses, buyers, sellers, and other users.

Limitation of Liability
