Marketplace vendors may choose whether to sell locally, nationwide, or both.

How much does a Business Directory listing cost?

We offer several affordable membership options. Current pricing is always available on our Plans & Pricing page.

Can I edit my listing?

Yes.

Business owners can update their listing information, business hours, photos, contact information, and more through their account.

Can I list my business in more than one category?

Yes.

Depending on your membership level, your business may appear in multiple categories.

Can businesses pay for better placement?

No.

Search results are never sold.

Businesses appear based on relevant search results – not advertising dollars.

Marketplace

Do I need a Business Directory membership to sell?

No.

Anyone who meets our Marketplace requirements may open a store.

What does it cost to sell?

Creating a store is free.

A small transaction fee is charged only when you make a sale. Current Marketplace fees are available on our Plans & Pricing page.

Who handles shipping?

Each Marketplace vendor is responsible for shipping their own products unless otherwise stated in their listing.

Who do I contact about my order?

Please contact the seller first.

Most questions can be resolved directly with the business.

If you’re unable to resolve an issue, we’re here to help.

Does ShopYellowPages sell products?

No.

All products are sold directly by independent Marketplace vendors.

Accounts

Do I need an account?

Browsing businesses and searching the directory generally does not require an account.

Creating listings, posting classifieds, opening a Marketplace store, or making certain purchases will require one.

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page to reset your password.

Can I delete my account?

Yes.

You may request account deletion through your account settings or by contacting us.

Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
